What types of products can I customise ?

We have numerous products that are customisable including t-shirt, mugs, cushion covers, tote bags and more. For an extensive list of our personalise items please check the 'products' tab on our website.

What is your return or refund policy if I'm not satisfied with the product?

Firstly we are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your product. Unfortunately, we have a strict no return or refund policy on personalised items. If you would like to return another item please ensure that it is in the original packaging and returned in store within two weeks of purchase, receipt of purchase is also required.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and card. There is a minimum spend of £5 if you are making a card purchase.

Is there a minimum order quantity for customised products, or can I order a single item?

Yes, you can order a single item as we don't have a minimum order quantity for personalised items.

Do have a delivery service?

Unfortunately we do not offer delivery at this time. All digital items can be sent to you via the email provided to our team and all other items must be collected in-store.

What are the store opening hours?

We are open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday.

Please note this excludes all public holidays.

Are my photos and personal information kept private and secure?

Yes, security of our customers private information and items are of utmost importance to our business. We can ensure that we never leave your private information or images anywhere. Your information and photos are only accessible to our team working on your order with a secure password to access it.

What file formats and image resolutions are recommended for printing quality?

The best file format depends on the specific project. Commonly accepted formats include PDF for general printing and JPG/PNG for images. PNG is best for images with sharp edges, transparency, and text, while JPG is best for photographs and images with complex gradients.

Image resolution is crucial when preparing files for printing. The appropriate resolution depends on the type of printing. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this, to ensure the best results.

Can I request design assistance or photo editing services for my project?

While we are unable to create designs from scratch for your illustrations or artwork, we are able to design what the product looks like and manipulate images. We also repair and restore old or damaged photographs to preserve or enhance their quality and can apply photo effects and filters.

Our services include image retouching, image manipulation such as altering backgrounds, and adding or removing objects from a photo.

We can design products including posters, flyers, business cards and more. If there is something you would like but hasn't been mentioned on our website please contact us via email.

What is the turnaround time for customised products?

Please give us 3-5 working days to work on your personalised items. If you require a service any sooner, please get in touch with out team before placing the order. Where we are unable to deliver by the date provided to you due to extenuating circumstances, our team will be in touch.
